Synapsewerx is seeking a highly skilled and committed Oracle SOA + B2B Consultant to join our team as an associate and play a key role helping our Oracle SOA and B2B customers understand their environments, evaluate their integration landscape, identify security vulnerabilities, suggest remedial actions and to help implement enhancements / project deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring a strong referenceable foundation in Oracle SOA and B2B development, with a solid understanding of large scale systems integration. Just as important, the consultant will demonstrate strong industry experience with proven teamwork and professional communication skills to effectively integrate with our team and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their Oracle SOA and B2B environments and provide a detailed overview of their implementation, making suggestions and recommendations based on best practices.
• Document the clients integration landscape by providing Integration Solution Architecture and Technical Specification documents as needed.
• Lead the solution design and implementation of robust SOA or B2B integration solutions for any remedial or project work, ensuring scalability, performance, and strong security.
• Mentor and guide the clients integration team, fostering an environment of learning and personal growth.
  
• Bring practical industry experience to guide problem-solving and solution design, applying lessons from real-world design, programming, version control and deployment implementations.

Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in systems integrations, with a broad exposure to various integration technologies such as Tibco, MuleSoft, Boomi, WebMethods, AIS, Kafka, etc
• At least 3-5 years of senior consulting and/or architectural experience with Oracle SOA and Oracle B2B, having led successful integration solutions for multiple enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and consulting expertise, with a strong ability to engage and advise clients on their integration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex integration challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within a diverse team and with clients across various industries.

  • Experience of integrating to any of the following applications: SAP, S/4HANA, Salesforce, ServiceNow Workday, Maximo, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, MS Dynamics, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors 
  • Bachelor of Science / Computing degree

• Oracle BPM Suite Certified Implementation Specialist
• Oracle ODI Certified Implementation Specialist

• Oracle Certified Associate, Oracle WebLogic Server Administrator

• Other integration certs including those from MuleSoft, Boomi, Tibco, Webmethods and Kafka
