Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Period: The promotion period commences at 08:00 on 21st November 2024 and concludes at Midnight on 21st November 2024
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the promotion, entrants must be:
    2.1 Residents of Australia.
    2.2 18 years or older
    2.3 A registered attendee at the Boomi World Tour Sydney 2024 event
    2.4 Employees of Synapse Werx Pty Ltd and their immediate families are ineligible to enter
    2.5 Employees of Boomi and their immediate families are ineligible to enter
  1. How to Enter:
    3.1 To enter, participants must submit a valid form with the mandatory fields completed with data that will enable Synapsewerx to make contact with the entrant at their place of work. If any of the provided details are not considered to be valid by the Synapsewerx management team, then the entrant's submission will be considered null and void and the entrants submission will be removed from the prize draw.
    3.2 Maximum of one entry per person.
    3.3 Maximum of one prize per person.

    4.1 The prize(s) on offer are:

    4.2 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
    4.3 Synapsewerx reserves the right to replace prizes or withdraw prizes from the prize draw at any time and without notice
    4.4 There is a maximum of one prize per person.
  1. Winner Notification and Prize Claim:
    5.1 The winner(s) will be selected at random within 5 working days of the event.
    5.2 The winner(s) will be notified by email to their business email address.
    5.3 The winner(s) will be required to claim their prize within 24hrs of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this period of time will result in a forfeit of the prize. The prize will then be returned to the prize pool and another entrant will be given a random chance to win the prize.
    5.4 The winner(s) will be required to provide proof of identity.
    5.5 Once confirmed, the list of winners will be published on our website and on LinkedIn. By entering this prize draw, the Entrant gives their full permission for us to publish their name, company name and prize on our website and on our social media channels.
  1. General Terms and Conditions:
    6.1 Synapsewerx reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw promotion at any time.
    6.2 Synapsewerx's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    6.3 Synapsewerx is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant or winner.
    6.4 Synapsewerx is not responsible for any future loss, malfunction or damage of the prize claimed by the entrant.
    6.5 By entering the promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    6.6 Synapsewerx may collect personal information from entrants. This information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
  1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
