Synapsewerx is seeking a highly skilled and committed Python Consultant to join our team and play a key role in building and enhancing data integration and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Python development, with additional exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Terraform and Confluent tools. Just as important, the consultant will demonstrate strong industry experience with proven teamwork and professional communication skills to effectively integrate with our team and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize solutions primarily in Python, with the ability to quickly understand existing implementations and propose improvements.
• Work with AWS cloud services and Terraform infrastructure-as-code to support scalable, reliable deployments.
• Apply a fundamental understanding of Confluent (Kafka) tools to contribute to data integration workflows.
• Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to ensure seamless collaboration, version control and automated delivery processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide clear, professional communication in both written and verbal forms, ensuring mutual understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commit to agreed timelines and maintain consistent engagement.
• Bring practical industry experience to guide problem-solving and solution design, applying lessons from real-world design, programming, version control and deployment implementations.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in programming languages, with a broad exposure to various data architectures, technologies, and principles.
• A minimum of 5+ years experience of GitHub (or similar) + CI/CD pipelines.
• A minimum of 3+ years Consulting experience, delivering to domestic and international clients.
• A minimum of 3+ years experience in AWS, including Lambda, IAM, SNS, SQS.
• At least 2+ years of Python experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years of Kafa / Confluent project delivery experience
  
• A minimum of 2 years exposure to Agile based project deliveries.
• A minimum of 1+ years use of AI tooling (Claude / GPT / Gemini) to accelerate the production of programming code

Skills

• Essential
  • Highly proficient in programming languages and software development
  • Proficient in Python programming language
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services - Lambda (Python), IAM, SNS, SQS, or similar.

  • Familiar with MCP, A2A, GenA, Agentic Design Patterns, RAG, Graph, LangChain / LangFlow etc
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and SAP
  • Familiarity with container orchestration such as Kubernetes
  • Use of Cursor to accelerate code development

• Any Python / Java Certification
• Confluent certified Developer, Administrator or Cloud Operator
• AWS Cloud practitioner, Associate Developer, Associate Data Engineer, Solutions Architect etc
• Terraform Associate or Authoring and Operations Professional
• Any Python / Java Certification
